Content and syllabus:

The IELTS A Practice Syllabus is compiled based on more than 10 IELTS practice books of Cambridge and famous IELTS authors such as: Sam McCarter, Mat Clark, Simon… reserved for level 4.0-4.5. After the course, students can continue to study at IELTS 5.5 to improve their level or take the IELTS test (for those who need to take the test urgently).

READING: Students will be instructed on how to read and understand the IELTS essay from the basic level, then gradually increase the difficulty. At the same time, during the learning process, the lecturer provides regular vocabulary on common topics such as: Nature, society, study, travelling, science…. to improve reading comprehension. Reading tips such as “Context Clue, Guess the meanings, skimming, scanning” will be taught to ensure you complete the IELTS reading in 60 minutes. After the course, students’ Reading scores can increase from 1.0-1.5 points.

LISTENING: The instructor will guide each of the 4 parts of the IELTS test. With level 4.5, students will be directed to correctly answer all the easy questions in the IELTS test first, then practice listening to the difficulty level.

SPEAKING: Correct pronunciation for each student. Each lesson will cover common topics in IELTS Speaking such as: Study, leisure time, family, film, music… The lecturer will guide how to answer for each form, how to come up with ideas and add vocabulary for each topic. In addition, students will be sent feedback and have regular opportunities to answer IELTS questions before class (the most important thing to achieve a high score in Speaking). Homework will be a recording for the instructor to mark and correct errors directly.

WRITING: Focus on Part 2 IELTS and Brainstorming skills (skills that many students achieve 5.5-6.0 still do not do really well because they have not studied properly from the beginning). The templates for both Task 1 and Task 2 will be taught so that you can familiarize yourself with the structure and writing of each type of paper as quickly as possible.
